Warts

  • A plantar wart lives in your skin and is part of the Human Papilloma Virus. It can be a single wart or multiple warts joining together.

  • It is generally not painful on a non-weight bearing surface but when knocked or pressed it can hurt and bleed.
  • When the wart is on a weight bearing surface such as the sole of the foot, it can build in pressure and become quite painful.
